Born in Brooklyn New York ; September 22, 1927  Died October 3,  2016 Married 43 years to Geraldine Tartaglia who passed away in 1999 Four Loving Children; Tommy, Raymond,  Dorothy and Valerie Two Grandchildren; Tyler and Brooke Lyn Gene was the youngest and last surviving sibling of his family, marking the end of a generation. Served in the US Navy during World War II in both the European & Pacific Theaters. Retired for 33 years from working as a NY State Supreme Court Officer. Reposing Scotto Funeral Home 106 1st.
