Parker Koltchak, 15—Windsor Terrace, BrooklynParker Lily Koltchak, 15, left us unexpectedly on November 10, 2017. The beloved daughter of Deborah Capone and Alexander Koltchak was born at New York University Hospital and lived in Brooklyn her entire life. She was a sophomore at Oldfields School in Maryland.Parker was the loved and admired older sister of Rory and Hudson Koltchak; cherished granddaughter of Louis and Gale Capone of Port Jefferson, Long Island, and Françoise Von Dwingelo, of Seattle, WA; dear niece of Nicole Capone, Kim Heriza, Bruce Pfeifer, Sophie and Emmett Pritchard, and Marie Koltchak; fun-loving cousin of James and Jordyn Capone; Kaitlyn and Jake Pfeifer, Celeste Pritchard and Cooper Py; and a great friend to many.Parker will be remembered as lightening in a bottle—brimming with creative energy and brilliant promise.
