Parker Koltchak, 15—Windsor Terrace, BrooklynParker Lily Koltchak, 15, left us unexpectedly on November 10, 2017.  The beloved daughter of Deborah Capone and  Alexander Koltchak was born at New York University Hospital and lived in Brooklyn her entire life.
