Every coping minute of every day after the passing of a loved one is an extraordinary feat. Each individual has her own personal way of grieving, and the fact that no one but you, can possibly feel how you feel, may make it seem more difficult, for you and for the people around you who care.
There will be times when you can hardly contain your emotions, after hearing a particular song or see something that reminds you of the person, and you may think that you’re losing control. Simply remember that these emotions are best expressed and not kept.
