The Mourning Tradition Queen Victoria Popularized

Did you know that in the Victorian era, in order to preserve the memory of a deceased loved, people wear the latter’s woven hair as jewelry? These, among others, were called Mourning Jewelry, and this practice was started by Queen Victoria when her husband Prince Albert died.
