January 29, 2015

Coping with the loss of a loved one may be one of the hardest challenges that many of us face.Knowing what exact words to say to someone who has just lost a love one can be very difficult. If a close friend or a family member is in such unspeakable situation, no one really expects you to be the grief counselor overnight. However, you should know that you can still be able to provide comfort and support that’s needed for that person to feel better.
–          Let the person talk about what he is feeling.
–          When asked for advice, be sensitive.
–          Let the person know that you are willing and able to support him or her.
