Program That Will Help You Cope with Grief During Holidays

December 15, 2016

Celebrating the most wonderful time of the year can be a challenge for those who just lost their loved ones. To help make Christmas more bearable, Mayo Clinic Health System’s Hospice Department is offering a free program to help individuals cope with grief during holidays.
According to spirit care coordinator Kelly Adelsman, the program will allow people to learn how to cope with pain and empower themselves during Christmas season. In addition, participants will also learn more about grief and how it can present challenges while celebrating the happiest time of the year.
