Looking into Grief, Depression and Coping

Trying to avoid feelings of sadness and loss only prolongs the grieving process. When does grief stop being a natural response to loss, and start counting as a form of depression? Or, more importantly, is there still a line running between the two?

Bipolar Laid Bear’s LaRae LaBouff writes about the feeling of grief, and how bereavement comes with need that can be met with support from loved ones. She also emphasizes how feeling is the most important part of grieving.
