woman crying on benchLosing a loved one isn’t easy. But, loss is a natural part of life that we will all go through. The pain can be pretty intense but can diminish in intensity as time passes, and while many people grieve for a shorter amount of time, others may be struggling with pain longer.

  • To make grieving less agonizing for you, you should learn to let go of the pain. If you ignore the pain, it will make things worse. Embrace what you feel.
  • Allow yourself to remember all the memories of the past.
  • It’s important to talk to your support group during the time of the grieving process.
