In Loving Memory of Joseph Ianno
We celebrate the life of Joe Ianno – a beloved husband, father, “Gramps” and great grandfather to his family.
He gave us so much love, wisdom, and laughter with a personality that was larger than life. He had a quiet strength, a kind heart, and a way of making everyone feel at home to all that knew or met him.
Though he may be gone, the lessons, memories, and love he shared will stay with us and continue to live on forever.
Thank you for everything gramps. We love you always.
My name is Deborah Martin and I am a friend of Frank and Halina‘s. I would like to extend my sincere condolences to the loss of Frank‘s dad. I never had the pleasure of meeting him, but I have heard stories wonderful stories of what a beautiful person he was and how much his son Frank and Halina loved him. May God bless him and his family through this difficult time. God bless all of you and I’m here for you.
Gramps,
I can’t even begin to come up the words to let you know how much you are loved and how instrumental you were in our lives.
Thank you for all you have done for us and our family – we will be forever grateful to continue on the path you’ve laid before us. We love you more than I can express and we hope that you are resting peacefully watching over us, always.
This is not “goodbye”, but rather “see you again one day”. It is an honor being your grandson and we will celebrate you every chance we get. We love you so much and thank you for everything gramps.
– Love your grandchildren Joe, Kim & your great grandchild Siena
My deepest and sincerest sympathies to the Ianno and Trento families for their great loss. Especially Genevieve who has lost her beloved husband who adored her. I just want to add that I lost a dear friend who I will miss terribly but savor the memories of all the wonderful times we spent together. Until we meet again my brother—- Rest In Peace.
Joe was always such a giving person. I always joked.with him I called him old because he was 9days older than me. God be with you my friend.
We never forgot the first time JOE and Genevieve met us. They didn’t know us from a can of beans but welcomed us into their home and treated us like they knew us for 30 years. We have shared many meals with JOE and Genevieve and enjoyed each other’s company, and countless rounds of golf with Joe and friends. We will never forget the friendship we had with Joe – he will be forever missed. May he rest in peace. Joe save a spot in your foursome for me. Our prayers and sympathy go out to Genevieve and all of the family. Love to all, Jim and Sue Marshall

My name is Maria and this is my Uncle Joe, my Godfather. Life had changed course and our families separated many years ago, but always know in my heart I will always remember being a little girl and looking up to you. All the holidays and Sunday dinners , being in the backyard and family cooking together and then swimming. So many wonderful memories of my uncle letting me sit in his office and play mini golf.
To my Aunt Genevieve and my cousins Antonia and Frankie and all my cousins, big and small My heart goes out to you all as I know the pain and loss you feel and no words can take the pain away. Fly high Uncle Joe and I hope now Being with my Mom and your brother and Grandma and Nonno you are at peace . (Hug them all for me )
