Death is probably one of the most significant experiences one has to go through in his lifetime. And because everyone of us experiences grieving and sadness differently, we too have different ways to cope. Below are some of the things you should and should not do when someone you know is grieving.

  • Don’t ask the person if you can do anything because there is something that you can certainly do.
  • Express your sympathy by sending cards and flowers.
  • Don’t judge the person who is going through such difficult time.
  • Talk to the person and share with him or her a good memory.
