How to Deal with Major Depression

Depression can root from many things — often they involve loss. It’s signs include feelings of sadness, hopelessness, worthlessness and guilt, deviation from normal sleeping habits, difficulties in concentrating, among others.

Trying to address with the problem on one’s own is not the best way to deal with depression. Instead, an individual undergoing depression is advised to develop a social support network of friends, family and professionals to assist  and guide him through recovery.
