The Caring Place is a community program that is offered at no cost. Since 1997, it has been its goal to continually expand and “provide support groups, referral services, educational programs and a wealth of other resources for families struggling with the loss of a loved one.”
Today, The Caring Place explores how taking part in creative performances can help children heal and cope with the loss of a loved one through a program called “Whispers of Light”.
