Helping a Co-worker Deal with Grief

June 24, 2015

Warm hugs to show sympathyWhen a colleague of ours lost a family member or a loved one, we could be at a loss as to how to respond. Oftentimes, we awkwardly avoid the person, not knowing what to say to help him or her feel better. Below are some tips on how to help a co-worker deal with grief during a difficult time of loss.
