Handling Grief is Personal

We would all have to experience the loss of a loved one at some point in our lives. That’s one of the things that we have to accept.
There are commonly held beliefs in connection with how one handles grief. It is not something that others can help us with. We have to deal with it individually.
According to an article from the The Lowell Sun, “There is no way of knowing in advance how we are going to react in the days, months and years following the loss of someone who was once very important in our lives.”
