Mary was a very dear colleague of mine and we both planted roots in Brooklyn. I worked with her for a long time and will miss her kindness and the life lessons she taught me wholeheartedly.
I would like to extend my sincere condolences to her family for your great loss and know that I will keep Mary and her family in my thoughts and prayers.

The memory of Mary’s incredible positive spirit, wit and resourcefulness will always be with us. It was a privilege to know Mary over many years and my heart breaks to think she is gone. My deepest condolences to Marian, a sister and soul mate beyond compare and to all Mary’s family and friends.

So,glad to have been in Mary’s company over the years. It was wonderful to get to know her. She was spirited for sure- and so easy to talk to and laugh with as well.
My heart goes out to her family and may she rest in peace.

Mary was a colleague at Credit Agricole and we became friends in short order. While she lived in NYC and I in Houston, we spoke regularly on the phone. Mary’s generosity and love of life reflected in everything she did. Virtually all who touched her became friends. We shared an Italian heritage and shared recipes on Facebook. I knew Mary was ill but she never let it dampen her spirits. She always had a smile in her voice. I will miss her. The news of her passing was a very sad day for me. The organizations that are chosen for donation in lieu of flowers reflect the integrity of Mary and her engagement with people of all types. I will miss her.

I’m truly sorry for your loss. Mary will be resting safe in Gods memory. Acts 24:15 says there will be a resurrection of our family who have gone to sleep in death. They will be resurrected to a Paradise on earth. Just as Jesus resurrected Lazarus, he proved that he can, and will, do it in the future ( John 11:39-44) God is eager to do it again. Jehovah hates death; he views it as an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26) He has a longing to conquer that enemy, to undo death by means of the resurrection through his son Jesus Christ. He yearns to bring back those who are in his memory and to see them live on earth again. There is hope and Comfort when loved one dies.—2 Corinthians 1:3, 4. And I hope that you can find a measure of reassurance in Gods Word, and that it can bring you a measure of peace.
