Going through the Emotional Effects of Bereavement

Counselling sessionGrief and all the emotions that come along with it are normal parts of bereavement. Feeling empty or depressed during this time may not be entirely negative — it may mean that the person is undergoing some inner healing, and the feeling of lightness and relief will come after.
Anger, fear and a whole lot of other mixed feelings are also common in bereavement. But, every bereaved individual should know that suppressing these feelings isn’t a path to recovery.
