After Amy Kowalisyn lost her baby Emma in 2014, she founded an online charity with her husband called Emma’s Footprints. The couple teamed up with another mother from Florida and all together started an online support group. The said group allows individuals to blog about their loss which also includes thoughts about all kinds of personal pain.
According to Kowalisyn, writing about one’s feelings can help people to heal. It is important for people to know that there is still life ahead after losing someone you love.
