Grief is a natural response to the loss of someone.Accepting that death is a mysterious experience, and that it is beyond human understanding, is a way of coping with the loss of a loved one without becoming extremely overwhelmed by the event. While it is natural for everyone who suffers loss to go through the different stages of grief, also taking it as an opportunity to learn and grow should be made part of the coping process.
