Pop, you were a man’s man. You were a Korean War veteran. You were loving a man, a gentleman. Anyone who ever was in your company always said that you were nicest person and always treated everyone with respect. Your Girlfriend, your wife Rose Mary is heart broken as am I, Caroline which you always called your daughter, your Grandchildren Nicole, Danielle and Dylan are all heart broken. I’m so glad me and Caroline were able to be with you and Roe Roe in Arizona for the last week of your life. I’m so glad we had those last few moments of love with you and you were comfortable with in body mind and soul up until you took your last breath two hours to the moment Father gave you the blessing of the sick. You were lucid the days prior to your death and were comfortable in your last moments of your life on earth. You left your mortal capsule the way you lived your life on your terms. I will miss you but will cherish you being in my/our lives. I know you know what you meant to me and my family. I know I will see you on the other side someday as your walk with Jesus. I thank the lord you were our Pop Pop
You were the best
To my Dearest Friend Rosemary and her family
Our deepest sympathies to you my dear friend Rosemary. We loved being with you and Matthew. I’ll never forget when Matthew said, “the house next door is for sale! Sell your house in Tucson and come live next door to me and Rosemary!” A loving man, loved visitors and a genuine gentleman. We will miss you Matthew. We enjoyed our visit with you in September. Rest in the loving arms of Our Lord. You were his faithful son, deep in his light and love. To Caroline and Fredo and their children, our sympathies in losing Pop Pop.
Rest In Peace Matthew❤️??
Uncle Matthew….
From the moment I met you, I knew you were such a kind, special and loving man.
You married my Aunt Rosemary, 30 years ago, and, Vinny and I always loved seeing you, speaking with you, and, seeing how happy you were with my Aunt Rosemary and how happy our Aunt Rosemary was being married to you.
Over the years, you were nothing but supportive, happy, generous with your love and you were the best listener! You had a sense of humor that was great and you truly cared about everyone around you. You were a man who served our country brave and proud with great courage and pride.
Vinny and I along with our boys, Anthony and Vincent will miss you and cherish our times that you were blessed to share with you over the years.
We were with you and Aunt Rosemary last summer and we are so happy and we feel blessed that we shared that time with you both. This summer we were visiting you guys again and we couldn’t wait.
May you rest in Gods light and love, surrounded by the angels, in the peace you so deserve. We will miss you forever and you will remain in our hearts forever and in our minds. While we are heartbroken that you passed away, we know you are out of pain and that brings us comfort.
We love you…..we hope and pray that you are reunited with our loved ones that have passed away….my beloved Dad, my beautiful cousin, Graceann, beloved cousin Frankie (Bo) and beautiful, beloved Marcella and beloved, Al Dinten.
We love you and one day many years from now, we believe that we will all be reunited again.
Fly on angels wings, Uncle Matthew…forever be Aunt Rosemary’s strength and guide her with your love and light.
We will miss you forever and you will remain in our hearts, in our mind and in our prayers.
NO DAY SHALL ERASE YOU FROM THE MEMORY OF TIME…or from our memory
We love you Uncle Matthew
