Children Getting Support for Grief

For the past 15 years, the Children’s Grief Center of New Mexico has been providing free support groups to young individuals ages 5 to 25 who have lost a loved one. For three days and 2 nights this summer, children ages 7-18 will participate in Camp Corazon which will offer several camp activities including challenge course, bonfire, games.
The camp experience is free for those grieving children from across the state. The unique opportunity will provide these them with coping skills that will help them manage their grief in their day-to-day lives.
