Meditation...While the concept of death is uncomfortable for many people, everyone should accept the fact that it can happen at any moment. It can be very painful and may even result in some serious psychological disorders.
For one to be able to fully understand death and grieving, one must meditate on relevant questions such as “Who am I”, “What is the source of my happiness” and “What is the meaning of life and death”.
