Death is inevitable and everyone experiences grief differently. If you know someone, a friend or a colleague, who is trying to cope with grief and loss because of a death of a loved one, here are some of the things you can do to help that person.
- Listen to the person as he shares his emotions.
- Offer practical help such as washing the dishes, taking care of the kids or getting food or grocery.
- Be patient and allow the person to grieve in his own way.
