Grief is a normal response to bereavement. Everyone who has experienced loss, in one way or another, will have to go through this process in order to fully recover. The process, however, is never the same from one person to another.
If you’ve recently lost a loved one, here are some pointers on handling grief, and making out of it whole:
- Give yourself time to accept the loss.
- Turn to loved ones for help and guidance.
- Don’t try to suppress your emotions.
