Losing a loved one is difficult and we all have our own ways of going through the process of grief. No matter how difficult it is to move on from the loss, it’s important to seek the help of your support group.
Your support group may be your family, friends, colleagues, priests, pastors, or people who’ve also lost a loved one. Going through group counseling is also helpful.
