Losing someone to something so final, death, is probably the hardest thing anyone can go through. It is an inevitable part of life, yet still very difficult to fathom. But regardless of the challenges, life does go on whether we want it to or not.
The best thing we can do is find the silver lining although it seems impossible, and try to learn from it all. Here are 5 things that we can learn from the love and loss of someone dear to us:
- Be grateful
- Let nothing go unsaid.
- Tomorrow is not guaranteed.
- Be true to yourself.
- Life does go on.
